Personal Training
We offer one-to-one training and semi-private (2 persons) training. This allows us to learn and focus on your specific needs to increase weight loss/gain, mobility, strength, and function. We will educate you to better understand your body and become self-sufficient.
Weight Loss & Nutrition
At BC Fitness, we believe that healthy eating doesn't mean giving up your favorite foods. Our nutrition coaching is all about making smart, sustainable choices that fit your lifestyle and help you achieve your goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply improve your overall health, our personalized nutrition coaching is tailored to your unique needs. With our guidance, you'll learn how to enjoy a balanced diet that nourishes your body while still indulging in the foods you love.
Membership
Members can enter the studio independently with their Membership KeyFob between 4:30am-11:30pm daily. Access to cardio, free weights, and machines are available. The studio is equipped with a changing room, lockers, and restrooms. Members are required to wipe down all equipment after use.
