Member Etiquette
- Appropriate gym attire must be worn at all times. No stringers, sports bras, or open toed shoes.
- Please book the correct number of workouts to coincide with how many hours you will be in the club. A booked workout is 1 hour long.
- Each member must check in with their own Key Fob either at the door or using the scanner on the front desk.
Please:
- Leave all bags in lockers or up front. Do not carry them onto the gym floor as they can create a hazard and take up valuable space.
- Do not place weight equipment on benches. Always use the floor or racks to avoid injury.
- Do not drop weights.
- Re-rack and return equipment when done.
- Wipe down ALL equipment after use. Spray bottles and towels are provided. Please do not spray weight/cardio machines directly. Spray the towel first then wipe down.
